Service Description
15 min virtual consultation to evaluate your hair, and set up a plan for all of your hair care needs. $5 each additional minute thereafter. There is a maximum of 30 mins for this appointment.
Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts, and your deposit will be credited towards your next scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. Please be considerate of repetitive cancellations and rescheduling, even within the 24hr grace period. They cause others looking to schedule at those particular days and times to have to take there business elsewhere because of my unavailability. Thanks !
